If you are unable to log into Windows, you may need a recovery key to use some Windows troubleshooting tools.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://portal.office.com and log in with your Imagine Learning email address

  2. In the upper-right corner select your initials and choose View Account

  3. Under Devices, choose Manage Devices

  4. Select the entry for your Windows computer

  5. Select View Bitlocker Keys

  6. You may have multiple options, choose Show Recovery Key for the top option

  7. The Recovery Key will be displayed

If you have issues retrieving the recovery key, the Help Desk may be able to retrieve it for you.
