A faulty CrowdStrike update may cause Windows computers to display a crash message shortly after starting.

  • If you are able to plug your computer into the network with a wire please do.

    • This may enable the computer to download an update that will resolve the issue and allow you to log in normally.

  • Before following these instructions restart your computer several times.
