How to Log in to Okta

Before you begin, you will need to download the Okta Verify app from your phone’s app store. Okta Verify is used for receiving push notifications when you sign in to your account.
On your computer, open your web browser and go to https://weldnorthed.okta.com/. Enter the Okta username and temporary password that was provided to you.
Select Configure Factor.
Select your phone type and click Next.
A QR code will display on your screen.
On your phone, open the Okta Verify app that you downloaded in Step 1. Tap the plus (+) to add an account.
On the Choose Account Type screen, tap on Organization.
Tap on Scan a QR Code. Use your phone camera to scan the QR code displayed on your laptop screen. Your phone is now set up to receive push notifications when you sign in to your account.
Next, you will be prompted to change your password.
Choose a security image and click on Create My Account.
Click on Add Phone Number, select your country, add a number, and click on Send Code.
Enter the code, click Verify, and click Done.
You should now see your Okta dashboard.
