Chrome allows websites to send alerts and updates to the notifications area of your computer. Occasionally these notifications may become an annoyance or be from a malicious site. These instructions will allow you to remove individual sites from being able to send notifications.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. Click the Menu button (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the window and select Settings

  2. Select Privacy and security, Site Settings, and choose Notifications

  3. In the Allowed to send notifications list, locate any websites from which you want to stop receiving notifications

  4. Click on the three dots icon near the website URL, and click Block or Remove.

Note

If you click Remove and visit the site again, it will ask to enable notifications again
